KEYSER, W.Va. — Mineral County attorney Chad Cissel has been cited by the West Virginia Lawyer Disciplinary Board for alleged repeated failure to communicate with his clients, according to The West Virginia Record.
The statement accuses Cissel of neglecting Charles E. Bruffey’s and Joseph S. Bennett’s cases at the trial level among other cases. He is administratively suspended from practicing law as a result of failure to either pay his annual bar dues or disclose if he has malpractice insurance, The West Virginia Record reported.
