CUMBERLAND — A loud noise complaint on North Centre Street early Tuesday led to the arrest of a Hyndman, Pa., woman who was wanted in Allegany County for failure to appear in court.
Sarah Diehl, 23, was reportedly involved in the complaint and then determined to be wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
After being taken into custody, Cumberland Police discovered she was in possession of two hypodermic syringes and other controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
Following a bond hearing, Diehl was jailed on $5,000 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center, according to court records.
