MCHENRY — Three people were arrested Saturday after Maryland State Police responded to a burglary in progress in McHenry and spotted the suspects vehicle in a Burger King’s parking lot, according to police.
Suspected stolen property was seen in the vehicle and following a search police found a stolen .357 magnum handgun, drug paraphernalia, hydroconion and alprazolam.
Charles Edmond, 20, Mabie, W.Va., Patrick Odell, 20, Elkins, W.Va., and Angela Sharp, 27, also of Mabie, were taken into custody on charges of burglary, use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, transporting a handgun in a vehicle, conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Starkey and Mabie were also charged with possessing a regulated firearm under age 21. Sharp was charged with CDS possession.
Edmond and Odell were held on a $15,000 bond and Sharp’s bond was set at $10,000.
