CUMBERLAND — Investigation of a domestic complaint in the 800 block of Mount Royal Avenue led to the arrest of a Cumberland man.
Jeremy Fetters, 40, was arrested early Sunday after Cumberland Police were called to the location twice within a short period of time.
Fetters was charged with resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful order, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct after he allegedly struggled with officers who responded to the call.
Following a bond hearing, Fetters was released on his personal recognizance, pending trial in district court.
Police said Fetters briefly struggled with officers before he was taken into custody.
