ROMNEY, W.Va. — West Virginia State Police at Romney are investigating a fatal accident that occurred Monday night on U.S. Route 50 in the Cooper Mountain area of Capon Bridge.
The Hampshire County 911 center alerted Capon Bridge fire and EMS volunteers and the Augusta Volunteer Fire Department after being informed of the accident at 8:36 p.m.
No further details were available.
