CUMBERLAND — During a routine traffic stop on Saturday, Cumberland Police ar-rested Kenya Cardarole-Donnell Williams, 21, based upon an outstanding warrant for failure to obey a lawful order, disorderly conduct and contributing to certain conditions of a child.
The original violations are alleged to have taken place in August at Williams’ residence. He was released Saturday pending trial.
