— CUMBERLAND — A 26-year-old city man who was listed last week as one of Allegany County’s Most Wanted was arrested Monday in Morgan County, W.Va., according to the C3I Unit.
Shaun Erick Sears remained in custody without bond Thursday at the Eastern Regional Jail in Martinsburg, W.Va., pending extradition to Allegany County.
Sears was taken into custody by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants from Maryland charging him with burglary and theft in one case and controlled dangerous substance violations in the other case, police said.
