Cumberland — KEYSER, W.Va. — A 21-year-old Keyser man was arrested Monday night when he arrived at the Keyser Police Department to discuss a matter with police and was then presented with four warrants that were recently obtained for his arrest.
Jared N. Citarelli was charged with four felonies, including burglary of a dwel-ling, grand larceny, attempted first-degree burglary and assault during a robbery, police said.
Following arraignment before a Mineral County magistrate, Citarelli was jailed at the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta on $10,000 bond.
Keyser Police said Citarelli allegedly took part in burglary of a West Piedmont Street residence where items worth $5,700 were stolen April 9, then allegedly assaulted a person in the Keyser Plaza parking lot later that evening.
The warrants were issued late last month after Keyser Police developed information that identified Citarelli as a suspect in both cases.
