CUMBERLAND — Cumberland Police on Friday charged Brandon Spruell, 25, city, with second-degree assault in connection with a Nov. 3 incident.
Police said Spruell attacked his victim during a discussion over a stolen computer. The victim suffered facial injuries and was treated at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Spruell was being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
