— CUMBERLAND — A Bowling Street man was arrested early Wednesday after he allegedly failed to stop for Maryland State Police on U.S. Route 220, drove away and then attempted to hide inside his residence.
Christopher Ray Ballou, 22, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with license privileges suspended, fleeing and eluding police, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following the 2 a.m. incident.
