Cumberland — MCHENRY — Two people were arrested when the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force raided a dormitory room at Garrett College last week.
Terrance Keith Snowden, 19, of Baltimore, and Quran Ali Muhamad Swiggett, 19, of Washington, were both charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia when the task force executed a search warrant in one of the residence hall dormitory rooms.
Following bond hearings, both defendants were re-leased on their personal recognizance, pending their next court appearance.
