MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK — Daniel L. Secrist, 31, of Mountain Lake Park was charged with second-degree assault after Garrett County sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a domestic assault on Deer Park Avenue late Tuesday night.
He was released from custody following an initial court appearance, according to a detention center spokeswoman.
