CUMBERLAND — Three complaints to the same Holland Street location in just over two hours led to the arrest of a Cumberland man early Tuesday.
Richard Wayne Sellers Jr., 34, was charged with failure to obey a lawful order and disturbance of the peace. He was issued citations and released.
Police said the arrest was made shortly before 1 a.m. after officers responded to the same location three times in two hours and 15 minutes for complaints of people “arguing and playing loud music.”
During the second visit, police ordered Sellers, a resident there, to refrain from all types of disturbances or be subject to arrest.
Officers responding there a short time later heard loud music coming from inside the residence before Sellers was issued criminal citations on the above charges.
