CUMBERLAND — Two city residents were arrested early Thursday on burglary charges after they were found inside a vacant residence in the 100 block of Independence Street, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
Angela Dennison, 24, and Matthew Iman, 45, were found inside the residence where a door had been pried open to gain entry.
Both defendants were charged with various burglary offenses and single counts of destruction of property and attempted theft under $1,000.
Late Thursday morning, Iman remained jailed without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center and Dennison was being held on $25,000 bond, pending bail reviews in district court.
