OAKLAND — A 23-year-old Oakland woman was arrested Saturday after an alleged domestic assault, according to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.
Holly Denea Hershman was charged with second-degree domestic assault following an incident in the 100 block of Decatur Street. She was taken to the Garrett County Detention Center but later released.
