CUMBERLAND — Dajon Lopez, 18, Cumberland is in the Allegany County Detention Center on a bond of $30,000 for physically removing from a home a woman who had obtained a peace order against him.
Cumberland Police reported the incident took place Saturday at a Maryland Avenue residence. The officers said they observed Lopez re-straining the victim by holding her arms.
Lopez’s charges include burglary, assault, failure to comply with peace order and possession of alcohol.
The victim did not require medical treatment, according to police.
