CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested Tuesday afternoon following a domestic incident at a Sperry Terrace residence, Cumberland Police said.
Nicky L. Linn, 44, was charged with second-degree assault and false imprisonment following investigation of the 4:24 p.m. complaint.
Following a bond hearing, Linn was jailed at the Allegany County Detention Center in lieu of $3,000 bond, pending bail review Wednesday in district court.
Police said the arrest was made after officers investigated and observed injuries to the victim.
