OAKLAND — An Oakland man was arrested Thursday night by the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree assault and alcohol intoxication danger of another.
Deputies who responded to 115 E. Mason St. at 9:32 p.m. for a reported disturbance charged Cassey Vaughn Patton, 47. He was taken to the Garrett County Detention Center to await a bond hearing.
