CUMBERLAND — City police on Friday arrested Dustin William Bennett, 23, of Cumberland, charging him with an assault that happened Tuesday in the 300 block of Polk Street.
He was being held on a $20,000 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center after being charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third- and fourth-degree burglary.
