OAKLAND — Jamie Allen Ferguson, 32, Accident, will remain in the Maryland Division of Correction for two additional years after violating his probation by committing crimes.
Garrett County Circuit Court Judge Jim Sherbin reimposed two of the three years that had previously been suspended and ordered those to be served consecutively to the sentence currently being served.
Ferguson was sentenced to five years, with 3 1/2 years suspended, for a burglary at the Deep Creek Pharmacy. After serving his jail time, he was placed on probation. Garrett County sheriff’s deputies later charged him for driving without a license and Maryland State Police arrested him for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
He is serving two years, 11 months in the Division of Correction for those offenses.
