FROSTBURG — A Cumberland man was taken to the hospital after being extricated from his vehicle Tuesday morning on Main Street when another driver ran the stop light at Water Street, according to Frostburg Police.
Nicholas Bray Sr., 53, was treated at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center for non life-threatening injuries following the 11 a.m. wreck, police said.
Serena Kerling, 44, of Frostburg was cited for failing to stop at a red traffic control signal. Bray’s 2000 Subaru collided with Kerling’s 2006 Jeep and both lanes of traffic had to be shut down for a short period of time, police said. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Frostburg Area Ambulance Service and Frostburg Volunteer Fire Department responded.
