NIMES, France — Area tournament archer Jesse Broadwater, now a resident of Jennerstown, Pa., captured the Compound Men’s Division championship at the Tournament of Nimes in January.
Shooting for Hoyt Bows, Broadwater has already claimed gold and silver at the World Indoor Archery Championships in Rzeszow, Poland, in 2009. In 2008, he won the National Archery Association Outdoor Championship and the National Field Archers Association Outdoor Championship. In 2006, he was top shooter at the World Archery Festival in Las Vegas.
