— SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Michael E. Dolly, Burlington, was recognized by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources for catching a 6.95-pound rainbow trout from Larenim Lake on Jan. 15. The lunker measured 23 inches.
