MOUNT SAVAGE — The Piney Mountain Sportsmen’s Association has canceled its group bus trip to Harrisburg, Pa., to visit the Eastern Sports & Outdoors Show, according to spokesman Dan Williams.
Members who have already paid will be reimbursed.
Williams said the cancelation is in support of Second Amendment rights and protests the decision of Reed Exhibitions to eliminate the display and sale of military-style, modern rifles at the event.
Williams said the association has sponsored a bus trip to the show for 20 years.
