— CHARLESTON, W.VA. — Eugene E. Racey Sr., Romney, was recently honored by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources for catching a trophy sized fish.
On Jan. 24, Racey landed a rainbow trout from Larenim Lake in Mineral County that weighed 5.72 pounds and measured 23 inches.
