I am writing to commend the swift and thorough actions of Sgt. Sibley of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
On Sept. 27, my wallet was stolen from my purse.
Within five hours from the time I reported my loss, Sgt. Sibley found and charged the perpetrator as well as recovered my wallet and all cards.
My family and I are so grateful to him and all personnel involved for such a job well done!
