KEYSER, W.Va. — Margaret A. Baniak, 69, of St. Cloud Street, Keyser, died on Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born on April 12, 1943 in Keyser, she was a daughter of the late Herbert W. and Mary Elizabeth (Frazier) Anderson. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betsy J. Kight; and a brother-in-law, Burke L. Feaster.
Margaret was a 1961 graduate of Keyser High School and a graduate of Tri-State Beauty Academy, Cumberland. She was a member of Grace United Methodist.
Surviving are her son, Jonathan Baniak and wife Teresa of Burlington; her daughter, Mary Jane Baniak and husband Jason Griffith of Keyser; her brother, James W. Anderson of Keyser and Sanford, Fla.; and her sister, Carole S. Feaster of Shepherdstown. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Olivia Baniak, Alexandra, Jillian and Meghann Griffith, Garrett Evans and Brady Brown; her brother-in-law, Norman Kight of Keyser; her nieces and nephews, Burke L. Feaster Jr. of Inwood, Shawn M. Feaster and wife Amy of Martinsburg, W.Va., Jason S. Kight and wife Joella of Morgantown, W.Va.; and her great-nieces and nephews, Maxwell Feaster, Molly Feaster and Jenna Kight.
Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 5 p.m. with the Minister Brian K. Smith officiating.
