CUMBERLAND — Friends for William O. “Bill” Gilpin will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Mark Dill officiating with the choir from Living Word Lutheran Church assisting. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Living Word Lutheran Church, in Cumberland, P.O. Box 1825, Cumberland MD 21502.
Military honors will be accorded by the Post 13 Veterans Honor Guard.
