CUMBERLAND — Friends for Troy Lee Twigg, will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A. 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, (www.scarpellifh.com) on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Members of the Moose Lodge 271 will have a memorial service at 7:30 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 at 11 a.m.
Interment will be in the Maryland State Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap.
Military honors will be accorded by the Post 13 Veterans Honor Guard.
