CUMBERLAND — Friends will be received for Jacob “Jake” Phillip Pisarcik at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland (www.scarpellifh.com) on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Christian wake service will be held at 3:45 p.m. with the Knights of Columbus 586 participating.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mountains Shrine at SS Peter and Paul with Father Bernard Finerty, O.F.M. Cap. as celebrant.
Interment will be in the Maryland State Veterans Cemetery, Rocky Gap.
Military honors will be accorded by the Post 13 Combined Honor Guard.
Pallbearers will be Gary Guyer, Ted Higson, Fred Higson, Nick Seeders, Michael McDermott and Colvin Athey.
