CUMBERLAND — Sherriel Anita Vargas, 60, of Cumberland, died Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 16, 1952 in Tennessee, she was the daughter of Juanita Grace (Tenley) Mosley and the late, Dan Ellis Mosley.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Vargas is also survived by her husband, Giovanni Vargas.
Mrs., Vargas was a homemaker and belonged to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Cumberland.
Friends will be received at the Hafer Funeral Service, P.A. Chapel of the Hills, 1302 National Hwy., LaVale, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from noon until 1 p.m.
The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Bob Roby, officiating.
As per her wishes, Mrs. Vargas will be cremated following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Locks of Love, 234 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach Fla., 33405-2701.
