MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Darrius E. Green, 78, of Myrtle Beach, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013.
Born on Dec. 22, 1934 in Swanton, he was the son of the late Everett P. and Fannie Bickford Green.
He was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather.
Mr. Green is survived by his wife of 58 years, Martha Sharpless Green of North Myrtle Beach; three sons, Randall Green (Stacy), Douglas Green (Deborah), Darrin Green (Missy); three brothers, Dale Green (Elma), Ronald Green (Ada), Glen Green (Delma); two sisters, Marlene Glass (Randall), Judy Uphole (Ernest); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Risen Christ Lutheran Church.
