CUMBERLAND — Evelyn Louise (Robertson) Brown, 97, of Lewis Heights Drive, Cumberland, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.
Born on Jan. 21, 1916, in Lonaconing, she was the daughter of the late Henry David Robertson and Jean (Anderson) Robertson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William S. Brown, on Nov. 21, 2000.
She was a member of the Barton Presbyterian Church, Barton and a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, William S. Brown Jr., of Cumberland, Henry Malvin Brown, of Florida and David James Brown, of Cumberland; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held the Barton Presbyterian Church on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas Morgan officiating. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m.
Inurnment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Lonaconing.
