FORT ASHBY, W.Va. — Mary Roiselle Gulbronson, 87, of Fort Ashby, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 at the Hampshire Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 20, 1924 in Moser, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Eston Floyd Kesner and Elliott Priscilla (Kessel) Kesner.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Walter, Glen, Paron, and Robert Kesner; three sisters, Lula Kessel, Catherine Ogg, and Pauline Lay; and a granddaughter, Tressa Potter Sch-enning.
Mrs. Gulbronson belonged to Calvary Assembly of God, Fort Ashby.
She is survived by her two daughters, Thelma A. Fields, and husband Cecil, Springfield, and Dorothy Potter, Pinto; one son, David R. Gulbronson, and wife Cindy, Norfolk, Va.; four sisters, Thelma Read, and husband Chuck, Roscommon, Mich., Louella Davenport, and husband Tony, Ohio, Beatrice Riggleman, Romney, W.Va., and Virginia Short, Fla.; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, Inc., Rt. 28, Fort Ashby, on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
The service will be conducted in the funeral home on Tuesday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Norman Landis, assisted by the Rev. Dr. Thomas Gulbronson, officiating.
Interment will be in Springfield Hill Cemetery.
