ABINGDON — Donald “Don” James Allen Sr., 59, of Abingdon, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013.
He was the beloved husband of Diane Bevins Allen; devoted father of Don “Donnie” Allen Jr. and Renee Allen Frank; loving brother of Jennie Lee Gosnell and the late Billy Allen; and by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at McComas Funeral Home, P.A. in Abingdon, on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted in the funeral home in Abingdon on Thursday, Feb. 7, at 10 a.m.
Entombment will be at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Baltimore.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Abingdon Fire Company, 3306 Abingdon Road, Abingdon, MD 21009.
