TOWSON — Mary C. (Campbell) Duckworth, 82, of Towson, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012.
Mary was a graduate of Frostburg State Teachers College and earned her Master's Degree at Loyola College in Maryland. She was a retired Baltimore County Public School Teacher/Reading Specialist, retiring in June 1983 with 28 years of service.
She was the beloved wife of the late Wallace J. Duckworth of 58 years; who passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012; devoted mother of David Wallace Duckworth and his wife Joann, Kathy Seymour and her husband Michael and Carolyn V. Ensminger and her husband Rick; sister of Margaret Farrell, Marianne Smith, the late Jack Campbell and the late Frances George, and grandmother of Patrick and Kevin Seymour.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary's name may be made to St. Anthony's Shrine, 16150 St. Anthony Road, Emmitsburg, MD 21717 or Stella Maris Annual Fund, 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093.
