CUMBERLAND — Charles Arthur Skinner, 73, of Cumberland, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at his residence.
A committal service will be conducted in the Chapel at Maryland State Veterans Cemetery, Rocky Gap, on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at noon.
Military honors will be accorded by Post 13 Veterans Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to the WMHS Hospice, 1050 W. Industrial Blvd., Cumberland, MD 21502.
