BARTON — Betty Lee Miller, 85, of Kyle Hill Road, Barton, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013.
Born Feb. 14, 1927, in Barton, she was the daughter of the late William Dewey and Ethel (Michael) Kyle. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Howard James Miller; her brothers, E. Kenneth Kyle, Wayne Robert Kyle and Raymond Edward Kyle; her sisters, Anna J. Grove and Lois Jean MacDonald and a son, James “Richie” Miller.
She is survived by a daughter, Vickie Miller, of Barton; and her siblings, Rev. Alvin Kyle, of Frostburg, Roy William Kyle and Dot, of Barton, Rev. James Kyle and Carol, of Ohio, Doris Elaine Metz and Paul, of Barton and Marie Skidmore, of Barton.
Friends and family will be received Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton, from 6 to 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. James Kyle officiating.
Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Barton Hose Company.
