HYNDMAN, Pa. — Ava Shaye Jefferys, infant daughter of Hope E. Sisk and Timothy S. Jefferys, passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown, Pa.
She is preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Tim Jefferys; paternal great-grandparents, Eldred and Audrey Leister, Stanley and Paulette Jefferies; and maternal great-grandfather, Raymond Sisk.
In addition to her parents, Hope and Tim of Hyndman; she is also survived by a sister, Aubree Sisk; maternal grandparents, Donald and Mary Sisk; paternal grandmother, Debbie Jefferys; maternal great-grandparents, Violet and Gerald Thomas and Naomi Sisk; uncles and aunts, Terry Jefferys Jr., Kianna Jefferys and Grant Sisk.
A graveside service will be held at Hyndman Cemetery on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
