Anna Mae Seaberg [Langhorne]


LANGHORNE, Pa. — Anna Mae Seaberg, 91, died surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Saint Mary's Medical Center, Langhorne.

Mrs. Seaberg was born March 6, 1919, in Cumberland, where she was a member of the first graduating class of Fort Hill High School. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Hulmeville and was also a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband of 26 years, Paul E. Seaberg; two sons, Roy J. Reed and wife Willa, of Frostburg, and Jerry Tipton, of Yardley; one daughter, Ruth V. McAfee and husband Robert, of Frederick. She will also be sadly missed by her adoring grandchildren, James, Jodi, Cathy, Roxanne, Robert, Patrick and Michael; her precious great-grandchildren, Hannah, Dylan, Gwyneth, Samantha and Dennis; and her several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, scarpellifuneralhomes.com on Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Edward C. Chapman officiating.

Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family has requested that memorial contributions in her name be made to the American Heart Association, 625 West Ridge Pike, Suite A 100, Conshohocken, PA 19428 or to Saint Mary's Medical Center, Langhorne-Newtown Road, Langhorne, PA 19047.
