— George Small uses his laptop computer to display photographs of butterflies to residents at the Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center Wednesday afternoon. Small, a photography buff and a retired State Highway Administration traffic engineer, has traveled around the globe taking pictures of butterflies for several years.
