— Jim Tedesco of Frostburg blasts the dirt and salt from his station wagon at Bel Air WetJet Laser Wash Saturday afternoon. Tedesco said he traveled from the Mountain City for a warmer car wash experience. He said it was too cold in Frostburg and the wind “was howling.”
