AARP 2400 to hold luncheon on Thursday
CUMBERLAND — AARP Chapter 2400 will hold a Dutch treat Christmas luncheon Thursday at noon at the Ali Ghan Shrine Club. Those attending are asked to bring canned food for the food pantry and an unwrapped gift for Toys for Happiness.

Frostburg to consider tax credits on Tuesday
FROSTBURG — The Frostburg Mayor and City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at City Hall, 59 E. Main St. The meeting will occur just prior to the monthly work session.
Purpose of the meeting is to consider Resolution 2012-43: Certifying properties eligible for property tax and income tax credit under the state of Maryland’s Enterprise Zone Program.
All council meetings are open to the public.
