I am writing in response to Michael Sawyers’ story on William Peck (“City man’s ‘interesting’ undercover police work,” Feb. 18 Times-News, Page 1A).
I have lived across from Mr. Peck for the last nine years, and am very proud to call him my neighbor.
He always has a kind word to say or a wave for his neighbors.
If there were more Mr. Pecks in this community, we would have fewer things to be concerned about. He truly watches out for his family, friends, and neighbors, always offering a hand to help.
Kudos Mr. Peck, I for one thank you for your service to our country, and being a wonderful neighbor.
