It is interesting that Mr. Pyles quotes Mr. Yoder on what rate he negotiated but he failed to mention that Mr. Yoder did not receive a lease or any dollar amount (“Some area property owners signed low-rent drilling leases,” Jan. 20 Times-News, Page 1A).
Until the state will allow drilling, there won't be any landmen coming back to lease at any price.
