— LaVALE — Two people were injured in a three-car collision on National Highway at Parkside Boulevard Thursday morning.
LaVale and Cresaptown volunteer fire and rescue units responded just before 9 a.m. and Maryland State Police investigated, according to the Allegany County 911 center.
The injured were taken to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
The road was closed for a short period of time but is now open to traffic.
