CUMBERLAND — Eight percent of Garrett County electricity customers are now without power, according to a Maryland Department of Emergency Management report issued at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The report shows 18,233 customers in Garrett without power.
In Allegany County, 9,528 customers, or 30 percent overall, have no power.
