CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested Thursday in Mineral County in connection with an alleged robbery Monday afternoon of a man who had given him a ride to the area of Hilltop Drive and Louisiana Avenue. He has also been charged with three home invasions that occurred in the same area at about dawn Tuesday, according to the C3I Unit.
Jerome Joseph Phillips III, 35, was arrested by the Mineral County Sheriff’s Department at an unknown location on a warrant obtained by C3I investigators.
