KEYSER, W.Va. — Hampshire defeated Keyser in three games, 25-10, 25-17, 25-18, in an Appalachian Mountain Athletic Conference volleyball match Thursday night.
Brooke Mangold led the Keyser defense with 30 digs. Katelyn Ray had 28 and Marlee Whitlock 24.
No information was available regarding Hampshire’s team leaders.
Hampshire won the jayvee match, 25-8, 25-7.
Keyser (0-2) will host Moorefield on Tuesday.

CRESAPTOWN — Rae Heavner had a team-high nine kills and Tiana Thompson added eight kills and six digs to help Calvary Christian to its first win, a five-game marathon with Cumberland Valley on Thursday.
The Eagles won the first game 25-5, dropped the second 25-21, took the third 27-25, and lost the fourth 25-22. Calvary took the match by taking the fifth, 15-8.
Lauryn Ruckert had six kills, 10 assists, five aces and a block, and Lindsie Lee chipped in with five kills, 14 assists and three aces for the Eagles. Haley Mason also had a solid match with seven kills, four aces, three blocks and two kills.
Cumberland Valley won the jayvee match in three games. Calvary won the first, 25-16, but Cumberland Valley won the next two 25-10 and 15-12.
Shakayla Ganoe had three aces, two kills and a dig and Savannah Reed a pair of kills for Calvary.
The Eagles played at Bishop Walsh last night.
Paw Paw loses two in Thursday tri-match
MOOREFIELD, W.Va. — Paw Paw struggled to score Thursday and the Pirates were shut out by both the Moorefield and Pocahontas during a tri-match in their opener.
In the Pirates’ 2-0 loss to Pocahontas, Sciley Neufeld was 9-for-9 serving with five points and two digs. AReEtta Shambaugh finished 6-for-6 on her serves with three points and two digs, while Brandi Kidwell was 5-of-6 on her serves with three points and one dig.
Moorefield also lost by a 2-0 score to the hosting Yellow Jackets. Neufeld collected nine points on 12-of-13 serving and added two more digs. Shambaugh had three points and three digs while going 5-for-6 from the serving line. Laura Leach added three points and was 6-for-6 serving, and Kidwell led the team with five digs.
Moorefield (0-2) will host the Yellow Jackets on Thursday at 6 p.m.
