OAKLAND — A memorial service for Claudia J. (Rush) Cosgray, 90, of Oakland, will be celebrated in the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Oakland, on Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Sam Moore officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to services.
